Why Kappa Chi? I was looking to rush my freshman year but never found anything that fit what I was looking for until I learned about Kappa Chi. What drew me to Kappa Chi was having Christian brothers not only for brotherhood but to surround myself with good guys. I wanted guys surrounding me that I could have fun with but would make me a better Christian man.

Why Kappa Chi?
For me, Kappa Chi represents what a man should be, "a man after God's own heart".  College is a time when this should be our primary focus and yet it is also the hardest time to have that focus.  A Kappa Chi is that guy that will man up and do what is right when no one else around him is.  He is the ideal man, with his love for God overflowing onto all other areas of his life: chivalry, academics, athletics, etc.  But what I love about Kappa is that none of us are that guy.  We all alike struggle, and we are all there to help each other out.  Having a brotherhood to have your back during these crucial years of growth is invaluable.  My spiritual life has grown immeasurably since joining Kappa Chi, and I'm not exactly sure where I would be had I not pledged.

Favorite Movie(s):
Indiana Jones triology, Godfather trilogy, Star Wars trilogies, Matrix trilogy, Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2

Favorite Food(s):

Favorite Verse:
Romans 12:1-21

Favorite Kappa Chi Memory:
My favorite memory would be my pledge induction.  Alpha Eta really banded together against all odds in order to accomplish the tasks at hand.  And in the meantime, we really bonded as brothers, having plenty of time to get to know each other.  We all took each others responsibilities, and pass or fail, we were going to do it together.
