The Epsilon Chapter has inducted 5 pledges this semester. This semester Jose Campos, Al DeMarco, Jordan Hengel, Joe Holguin, Sean Martinez were inducted on the night of September 15, 2008. We wish them the best through this semester. Jose Campos is from the Las Cruces area of New Mexico and he is a freshman who wants to major in Biology for right now. Al DeMarco is a Rio Rancho High School Alum. He is enjoying the stress of college and wants to continue to grow in Christ. He hopes to major in English with a possible minor in Psychology. Jordan Hengel is the first native from Gallup, New Mexico to be inducted to the Epsilon Chapter. With hopes to major in psychology, this freshman is enjoying his first semester here at UNM. Joe Holguin is from El Paso, and he is the first member from Texas to be inducted into the Epsilon Chapter. With Joe, we now have inducted men from Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. Joe is also a freshman who hopes to major in history. Lastly, we have inducted Sean Martinez. The Lambda class is full of firsts, and Sean adds to the list being the first Bernalillo High graduate. He is also the only member of the class that is a Junior. He wants to attain a degree from the Anderson School of Business here at UNM.
There you have it, 5 men from with differing backgrounds come together as one. We have already seen some bonding through the semester, and hope to see more. Pray for our pledges as they go through this semester. Even though it won't be an easy semester, it will be worth their time and effort.
